Can I cancel my order?

We understand that sometimes changes are needed. You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by using our contact form (please indicate you’d like to cancel your order). After this period, cancellations cannot be processed. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Do you provide product warranty?

No, however we do guarantee your tape will stick to most plastic backed disposable adult size diapers. If you want to use your tape for any other surfaces, we won’t guarantee the adhesive will stick properly.

Is the shipping and packaging discreet?

We know that when you make an order for Designer Diaper Tapes you don't want everyone knowing about it! At Designer Diaper Tapes, every order you make is discretion assured – that means completely unmarked packaging. Most of our tapes will come in a cardboard box and sealed tightly.

Where are you shipping from?

We ship all orders from USA (Seattle, Washington).

How soon will you ship my order?

We process all orders in 5 - 7 business days or sooner. If for any reason we’re taking longer than that, we will reach out via email to let you know when we expect to ship.

Do I have to pay Taxes and Duties for international order?
